Blue Angel Ventures invests seed capital in start-ups with revolutionary and proprietary technologies that can create competitive and sustainable advantages in the market place. We deploy capital behind technology-focused investment strategies designed to achieve superior returns for our limited partners. We have a special interest in investing in talented foreign technologists-turned-entrepreneurs who have established permanent residence in the U.S. We hope to capitalize on their intellectual talents and technological prowess to retain intellectual capital, build great companies and create new jobs to revitalize the American economy.

We strategize our investments under a dominant thesis: Foreign nationals admitted to top U.S. universities or recruited by U.S. corporations have been "pre-qualified" to represent the best of the best in their respective countries. They often acquire post-graduate degrees and are superb technologists in the high-tech disciplines. They are highly dedicated in their endeavors and possess persevering work ethics- the same set of enduring characters as those of the first wave of foreign immigrants upon which America was built.

However, recent geopolitical and macroeconomic improvements in Asia and Eastern Europe have opened up new opportunities, creating an exodus of foreign graduates and entrepreneurs out of the U.S. Inevitably, their departure results in a wave of intellectual drain from the U.S. that will potentially weaken our technological competitiveness worldwide.

By providing venture advisory and seed investment to our minority groups of entrepreneurs, we hope to impede such intellectual drain and to retain the intellectual and dollar capital within the U.S. We foresee that even in the next decade, America's capitalistic infrastructures coupled with a mature and stable regulatory environment will still offer entrepreneurs and investors the safest and the most fertile ground for venture building and wealth creation. We have learned from the dot-com era that value cannot be created out of thin air. Through our venture advisory and seed investing efforts in parallel, we continue to advise and fund entrepreneurs with the energy, vision, experience, and drive to build great companies and to create better deal flows for follow-on investment by later-stage VC's.
